Inform and advise to any present or future requirements in the territory for products, including information on procurement schedules and related funding.
Provide assistance in obtaining requests for quotation from the purchaser and clarifying terms and conditions of the RFQ.
Scheduling and participating in meetings, conferences and/or demonstrations relating to the potential sale of products in the territory.
Transmitting information and marketing documentation to purchasers / clients.
Advise on issues relating to drafting and negotiating appropriate terms and conditions of any proposed contracts for the sale of products to purchaser.
Understanding purchaser’s technical specifications and requirements.
Assist in resolving any issues or problems during implementation of projects until final acceptance and take over.
Obtaining quotations from local subcontractors and suppliers, and hiring local labor when needed.
